Licensing Options
Non-Exclusive
Artwork can be licensed to other parties, listed on print on demand sites and artist owns the copyright.
Exclusive
Artwork cannot be licensed to competitors in the same industry, but could potentially be licensed to parties in unrelated industry. For example: artwork exclusively licensed by a clothing brand could also be licensed to a paper goods brand. Artist owns the copyright.
Outright Sale
Client owns the copyright and can use it for what ever and for as long as they choose.
Payment Options
Flat fee + Royalties
Client pays designer flat fee up front and then 3-15% of sales monthly for the duration of the licensing term.
Outright Purchase
Client purchases the artwork and copyright at a one time flat fee (or multiple payments if financing) and owns artwork and rights forever.
Pricing ranges from $350-$10,000 based on the product, value of the design, the brand, etc. Other things that affect the price: whether or not you tag me/ include my name and Instagram handle on packaging, whether or not I will receive samples of the product, the time limit or how soon you need the artwork, etc. If you have any questions, please reach out!
